Dr. Christopher K. Mocek, MD


Dr. Mocek provides his patients with life-changing pain relief using the latest non-surgical procedures, medications, and implantable devices. The Mocek Spine Clinic is the only medical practice devoted solely to spine care in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Mocek conducts advanced research and publishes in the field of interventional pain management for the spine. Dr. Mocek is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, The American Board of Pain Medicine, and The American Board of Minimally Invasive Spine Medicine.

Dr. Mocek serves patients who suffer from chronic spine pain with medical excellence and compassionate care. Dr. Mocek graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adams State College in Colorado and earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. He spent his intern year in family practice at LSU and his residency in the anesthesiology program at LSU Medical Center. Dr. Mocek completed his fellowship in anesthesiology and critical care at The John Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Mocek lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife and four children.

Sandee Sealy, APRN

Ms. Sealy has been practicing nursing for the last nineteen years. She has worked in medical-surgical, cardiac, critical care, and management. In 2008, Sandee graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. While working in the academic setting, she received the “Best Clinical Instructor” award and the “Most Supportive Faculty” award. Sandee enjoys presenting at continuing education conferences, sharing information with colleagues, as well as inspiring and mentoring nursing students. She has worked in endocrinology and pain management. For the last five years, she has been practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at the Mocek Spine Clinic. Sandee has served on the APRN expert panel for the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is the proud mother of four children Allisan, Allysa, D’Allan, and Alston. Her future aspirations include pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, having an independent practice, and becoming published.

R. Forrest Galloway, APRN

Mr. Galloway is native to Arkansas and attended undergraduate school at the University of Arkansas where he received a bachelor’s in microbiology. He then attended nursing school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to obtain his nursing degree. He worked in the Neonatal ICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital for nine years. During this time, Forrest returned to graduate school at UAMS where he received his Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He has been practicing as an APRN at Mocek Spine for 5 years. Forrest is a proud husband and father of 2 boys, Grayson and Grant.

Dana Houston, APRN

Mrs. Houston is our newest nurse practitioner. Dana graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2013 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society and the Golden Key National Academic Honor Society. During school, Dana was the recipient of the Linda Owen Rimer Award for GPA and demonstrating positive clinical performance. She continued her education by obtaining a Master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2017 while working as a registered nurse in cardiac surgery. Currently, Dana is studying for her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Missouri State University and is on track to graduate in 2019. Mrs. Houston enjoys living an active lifestyle with her husband, Jason, including cruising, snorkeling, skydiving, and various outdoor activities.

Lucas Castleberry

Clinic Manager

Lucas has been with Dr. Mocek since 2017. Lucas graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a double major in Finance and Accounting in 2014. He then entered graduate school at Christian Brothers University where he received his MBA in 2016. He was on the baseball team at both schools during his tenure. Lucas previously worked as an accountant with JPMS Cox, where he specialized in small business financial services. Before that Lucas worked for the Houston Astros, where he helped manage operations for the baseball club as well as other major events. Lucas was born and raised in Central Arkansas and currently lives in Bryant with his wife, Victoria.

Jeanna Potts

Lab Supervisor

Jeanna Potts is the General Supervisor for the Mocek Spine Clinic which is a CLIA and COLA accredited toxicology lab. She grew up in southeast Arkansas and attended Hendrix College in Conway, majoring in Chemistry and graduated with honors. She has been part of Dr. Mocek’s laboratory team since March 2015 and came on board with 15 years of experience as a chemist and quality control manager for an industrial laboratory in Little Rock. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the testing as well as the lab’s continued compliance to the requirements of its accrediting agencies. Jeanna lives in Benton with her husband, young son, and dogs. Together, they enjoy playing games, being outdoors, and traveling.

Lisa Gilbert

Marketing Director

Lisa has been working in the medical field for the last 18 years. She has worked in cardiac, critical care, emergency room, orthopedics, and pain management. She has been with the Mocek Spine Clinic for the last nine years working in patient care, clerical, and currently specializing in medical marketing. Helping to grow and develop medical offices is her professional passion. Lisa lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with her husband and two daughters. Her family is heavily involved in travel softball and regional volleyball.
