What Are PRP Injections

We create the injection by taking a blood sample from the patient. From that sample, we gather two elements: plasma, the liquid portion of blood, and platelets, a blood cell known for clotting abilities and growth factors that can trigger healing in the affected joint. Once we had the injection from the patient’s blood sample, we injected it into the affected joint. 

What Do PRP Injections Treat?
